Accurate information protects sellers, shoppers, neighbors, and the trust that makes the locator work.
Be accurate
Dates, hours, categories, photos, and descriptions must reflect the actual sale. Update or cancel promptly.
Keep it lawful
Do not list prohibited, stolen, recalled, unsafe, regulated, or unlawful items.
Protect neighbors
Do not block streets, driveways, sidewalks, mailboxes, or emergency access. Follow local sign rules.
Use real photos
Photos should show the sale’s actual items. Do not use misleading catalog images or unrelated pictures.
Expect expiration
Listings and exact addresses may be removed when the sale ends, is cancelled, or violates these rules.
